Kang In makes first friendly appearance for Korean Republic

The young talent got his unofficial first runout for the senior side against Georgia.

Kang In made his unofficial debut for the Korean Republic on Thursday, appearing in his country's friendly against Georgia.

Coach Paulo Bento played him in the starting lineup, occupying a space behind the strikers. He would have a pair of chances: One saved by the goalkeeper and the other a free kick that hit the post.

Subbed off in the 72nd minute of the 2-2 draw, the VCF Academy product will have an opportunity for a first official cap on September 10th, when Korean Republic play Turkmenistan in a qualifying game for the 2022 World Cup.
